Varick Baiyina is a seasoned management and media impresario with 30 years of experience, having generated and managed millions in operational and advertising revenue. His extensive background spans media management, sponsorship sales, and marketing.

 

Varick began bearing witness to his family's print business in Rochester, NY, where he gained early exposure to the advertising industry through three family-owned newspapers as a young teen. He quickly learned the value of the advertising dollar. After graduating from Syracuse / Howard University, he served as a major market media buyer for the 1992 Clinton / Gore Presidential Campaign at Great American Media. Following the campaign's victory, he transitioned into advertising sales, working with premier artists, athletes, and companies such as Dun and Bradstreet/Reuben H. Donnelly (founder of Yellow Pages), HTS (Home Team Sports), NBC Sports, electronic billboard pioneer NGN (Next Generation Network), and Six Flags Theme Park Media Networks.

 

Additionally, Varick was a Senior Account Manager and a top sales generator for CBS Radio's (now Audacy Inc.) #1 ranked Washington D.C. flagship station, WPGC 95.5. He also contributed to Bonneville Corporations' (now Hubbard Broadcasting) D.C. Radio Division and Clear Channel Radio (now iHeartMedia), where he helped launch two radio stations. At Urban One, he served as a Senior Integrated Media Specialist for Radio One, managing local, regional, and national corporate alliances. Mr. Baiyina is recognized as an innovator in strategic partnerships, lifestyle products, marketing and events, radio promotions, product and sponsorship placement, and creative services for companies targeting niche markets.

 

Currently, Mr. Baiyina is the CEO of Xperience Live, LLC, where he is instrumental in all major decision-making and strategic planning. He also leads event development, design, and tactical expansion initiatives, developing impactful campaigns for a variety of clients and partners across the nation.
